If you haven’t already done so I suggest you head on over to The Foundation for a Better Life and sign up for their quote of the day e-mail. You may be surprised at just how inspirational some of the quotes from everyday people actually are.

Now I know my hardcore “Jesus lovin” folks are like: “The only inspiration you need is the word of God, everything else is futile.”

Yes…well God’s word is very inspirational, and I’m in to it more these days, and inspired indeed, but being that I’m also a real human being, who exists outside the four walls of the Church, who interacts with “The church” on a daily basis, who conducts business as Christ-like as possible, and who thinks that there are some leaders out there who may not profess Jesus Christ as their savior that have some good things to say. Furthermore I believe an organization such as The Foundation for A Better Life really has the opportunity to change the world for better, even though it’s not a “Christ-centered organization.”

How can you tell me that a inspirational quote like that doesn’t get your gears turning?

Give me a break.

I’m headed to Ohio this week for a sales meeting until Saturday, I’ll be back in the 727 mid-day Sunday. I may or may not have time to blog. It looks like I’m going to be pretty swamped, however there are going to be in upwards of 500 others at this meeting, and as if Sharonville, Ohio didn’t already instill a plethora of thoughts that I could blog about, I’m sure being around a salad bowl of old, young, black, white, purple, green, rich, middle-class, poor, international folks will instill just as many, if not more.

We’ll see what happens.

Oh yeah…GO BULLS. Sun Bowl here we come…hopefully!
